Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026. This policy explains how Aqua Purify S.à r.l.-S processes personal data collected through the website www.aquapurify.pro, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg law.

1. Data controller

Aqua Purify S.à r.l.-S, a company registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B287429, 296 Route de Longwy, L-1940 Luxembourg, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. Contact: info@aquapurify.pro, +352 20 33 80 01.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to answer your requests and manage our professional relationship:

  • Contact and study requests: company name, name, professional email address, telephone number, country, project details and any attached water analysis.
  • Professional account requests and quotations: company identification (name, VAT number, address), contact person, ordering and delivery preferences.
  • Orders and invoicing, when a commercial relationship is established: billing and delivery details, order history and payment status.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, and cookie identifiers, as described in section 7.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering requests for information, studies and quotations, and managing professional accounts (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Processing orders, deliveries, warranties and after-sales service (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Accounting, invoicing and tax obligations (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Securing the website and preventing fraud (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Sending professional information about our products and services to existing customers and prospects, which you may refuse at any time (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Audience measurement and non-essential cookies (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Recipients

Personal data is processed by Aqua Purify staff who need it for the purposes above. It may be shared with the following processors and partners, bound by contract to protect it:

  • Odoo S.A., which hosts this website and our business management system on servers located in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., which provides DNS, content delivery and security services for the website.
  • Google (Google Workspace for email, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for audience measurement, subject to your consent).
  • Carriers, installers and manufacturers (Kinetico, VIQUA and their European partners) when necessary for delivery, installation, warranty or after-sales service.
  • Public authorities, when required by law.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers listed above may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. In such cases, transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission, together with additional safeguards where required.

6. Retention periods

  • Prospect and request data: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Customer, order and invoicing data: 10 years from the end of the financial year concerned, in line with Luxembourg accounting and tax obligations.
  • Professional account data: for the duration of the account, then 3 years after closure.
  • Technical logs: 12 months at most.
  • Cookies: 13 months at most from the moment consent is given, as described in section 7.

7. Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies to operate (session, language, security, consent preference). These do not require your consent. Audience measurement and other non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings; refusing cookies does not prevent you from using the website.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to info@aquapurify.pro or to the postal address in section 1; we may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, www.cnpd.lu.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and hosting by certified providers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
