Professional reverse osmosis in a vertical format
The Kinetico Purecleer SLIM HL series brings direct-flow reverse osmosis to professional installations where equipment space matters. Its vertical frame has a footprint of 706 × 465 mm and a height of 1,619 mm, providing a clear basis for planning the plant room layout. The SLIM HL 200 and SLIM HL 400 use one or two 4040 membranes respectively, with a salt rejection of 99%. These two variants offer different production capacities within the same frame size. AquaPurify supplies the series to professional customers on quotation, with model selection based on water analysis, actual demand and the site’s installation requirements.
Series highlights
- Vertical frame with a 706 × 465 mm footprint to support plant room layout planning.
- Two direct-flow models, SLIM HL 200 and SLIM HL 400, with hourly production of 200 and 400 L/h.
- One or two 4040 membranes depending on the variant, with salt rejection of 99%.
- 220 V, 50 Hz electrical supply and 1.5 kW installed power on both models.
- Model comparison, technical specifications and manufacturer documentation in one place for project planning.
Choosing a model
Choose between SLIM HL 200 with one 4040 membrane and production of 200 L/h, and SLIM HL 400 with two membranes and production of 400 L/h. Both variants share the same dimensions and installed power. Selection should consider both hourly and daily site demand together with the feedwater analysis.

Preparing your installation
Assess feedwater analysis, salinity, chlorine, pH and temperature before choosing a model, alongside daily demand and peak consumption. Provide a compatible 220 V, 50 Hz supply for the 1.5 kW installed power, a minimum dynamic inlet pressure of 1 kg/cm² and suitable drainage for reject water. The feed connection is 1 inch BSP female; permeate and reject connections are 1/2 inch BSP. The technical assessment should allow maintenance access and identify any required pretreatment or additional equipment.
Maintenance and monitoring
Maintenance should reflect feedwater quality, operating hours and the instructions applicable to the supplied model. Professional monitoring should cover pressures, flow, produced water quality, membrane condition and connection integrity. Consumable replacement and cleaning requirements must be determined for the installation. Request the relevant operating and maintenance instructions during project preparation.
Optional accessory
The Purecleer blending kit is an optional accessory to assess against the required water quality and system configuration. It is not included in the supply described here; compatibility and any addition to the order must be specified in the quotation.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between SLIM HL 200 and SLIM HL 400?
SLIM HL 200 uses one 4040 membrane and has a output of 200 L/h. SLIM HL 400 uses two membranes and has a output of 400 L/h. Both share the same dimensions and installed power.
Is the system suitable for my water supply?
Suitability must be assessed using feedwater analysis and the requirements of your installation. The table gives the temperature, pH, chlorine, pressure and salinity limits. Any necessary pretreatment and associated equipment are determined during the technical assessment.
